With the introduction of the Multisolvent machines in 2003, BÖWE has produced the most sophisticated yet easy-to-use machines ever in drycleaning industry. BÖWE offers two distinct 6th generation products with 11 models for Class IIIA and ClassIV solvents. Multisolvent® means the machine may be used with the EcoSolv®, DF2000®, Shell®, or GreenEarth® solvents (but not perc). Perhaps it is easiest to explain that Multisolvent® means any lighter than water drycleaning solvent.
Our compact machines are designed for smaller production shops or shops that have special space requirements or for large plants that need to process half-loads to keep the garment production lots together.
BÖWE's compact machines come in two configurations: Crossline™ and Slimline™, in 30, 35 and 40-pound capacities. Although smaller in size, these machines come fully loaded with the same automation and features as our production models for less cost.
M12, M15, M18 - 30lb, 35lb, & 40lb cleaning capacity
The production machines were designed to provide ample capacity for high 
production requirements or plants that are planned for growth. They come fully configured with 3 tanks, 2 spin filters with a carbon on each filter and a huge 58-gallon still. These machines are built on a common platform. This means fewer spare parts our distributors need to inventory while reducing our manufacturing costs. BÖWE's technology is expensive to develop and every effort is made to design a machine that will embrace the best technology and remain affordable in the market place.
The 6th Generation platform is designed around a 30-kilo capacity machine. This means the 58-gallon capacity still for the 30-kilo machine is identical still found on the 21 and 26-kilo machines! The same is true for the solvent pump, piping, recovery section and cage drive motor. Only the cage depth and the solvent tank capacities differ. The footprint dimension varies only by depth.
